The Thermo is our standard model attic stairs. It is the traditional retractable, three part, timber folding ladder. It is constructed from red deal pine.
The door is 26mm thick and is fully insulated and draft sealed for minimal heat loss and no draft. A d-handrail is attached to the top third of the ladder section, and there are protective rubber feet on the bottom of the ladder. The hatch door is spring loaded, meaning you do not have to take any weight while opening it. We fit this attic stairs for around 7 out of 10 customers.
